[FC] Rampy Tire Size

Thanks to everyone who responded to my posting.

You have raised two important issues: 1)being sure the tires will fit (and 
not hit sheet metal), and 2)being sure that the tires have sufficient load 
capacity. In trying to get smaller tires (making more clearance with the 
body in the rear), I had forgotten about the load capacity (4600 GVW) of the 
Rampside.
