[FC] Sequential Tail lights

In 1974 I thought about taking the "cove" area of a Late and making a
single red lens - with required DOT tail, brake lights, with sequential
turn signals
and the ability to send varied text messages to the SoCal tailgaters.
With today's technology this would be so much easier
but LEDs do not penetrate any distance nor visual angles
- examine modern traffic signals which operate at higher voltages.

I have several Electrical Engineers available
but doubt marketability of this type of product plus DOT compliance.
Legal - think about aftermarket directional signals built into outside rear
view mirrors.
