[FC] Sequential taillights

The T-bird/Cougar sequential taillights were originally operated by a
mechanical box which proved to be unreliable.  There are solid state
replacements out now that would be adaptable to any situation (not
cheap...about $150, if I remember correctly).  They operate on a sequence of 3
bulbs per side.  I got them (for a T-bird resto) from Dick Martin's Bird Nest
in Portland, Oregon, although I'm sure they're available elsewhere.
