Ben,

Before you attack the stabilizer bolt try revving the engine in neutral and
see how much vibration you have.  Changing the clutch components can add
some imbalance to the drivetrain, also a out of round flywheel (as in loose
rivets) will often show vibration problems before noise.  If Jeff put a new
Dale flywheel on I would think that a problem with the flywheel would be a
very slim possibility.

If you have a harmonic balancer, check that.  Then I would back the
stabilizer bolt and see if that solves the problem, if it does then worry
about the proper torque.
