nope it fits anyways...but i have seen many on wrong worked just fine untill worn out. i just always look at them all when putting them together. the last one that shook like that on me got sold....but also i had a slightly bent alternator pulley do that to me once so check that out also...does it vibrate bad with belt off?? hope you get out of it easy..regards, tim colson
