    Don't be to quick to judge "all" young mechanics.  My youngest son who is 
26 does and can do alignments on ALL Corvairs. He just  happens to be Master 
ASE certified and I feel that I have taught him  well!
    I realize that you are in a different area and the  statement is probably 
true for 99% of the mechanics out there.
