[FC] Identification of a part

PS...  The ones on eBay appear to be for the tail gate since they have the 
guide bolted onto them and seem to me to have the longer latch.  Would they 
fit on the ramp if you modified the latch?  I don't know.  You'd have to see 
if the bolt holes for attaching line up (they likely do).
