best way is to have a lot of detail pictures or a personal visit from  
someone who knows and understands that vehicle.  good pictures of all areas  of 
body, sills, engine room, floors,glass, seats, dash, etc help as a  starter. 
unrestored could be $1000 to $3000 rough guess . remember how much it  costs to do 
bodywork and paint now, brake system comeplete, engine rebuild and  detail, 
tires, battery, plating ,etc etc. does not take long to get $8,000   + or - in 
them nowdays plus tons of time.
also , again, where is it located????
