its called clutch head and is available as a screwdriver type with handle or as a 3/8 or 1/4 inch drive tool. i have several in my tool box from most tool manufacturers like snap on , mac tools, cornwall, or even craftsman. if needed i can get numbers off some of them. there are several sizes. or i can even take pictures regards , tim colson
