Correct. The "green" bearing does not swivel. If you are holding it in your
hand, it is an easy identification. If you are looking at a picture of it on
ebay, the only clue would be the inner race sticking out further from the
seal.

I'm assuming that the "Green" bearing doesn't swivel, right?  That would
