[FC] ATTN VENDORS: FC Vent Window Assemblies

My original statement of 10 hours work included the time required to sand &
paint the frames. However, if it wasn't a daily driver and not required to
be back in service a.s.a.p., having the frames powder coated would have been
ideal.

Ahhhhh, shoulda/woulda/coulda.....

Joel

Well, it's clear to me :-) I'll try again:

Question: What would a pair of rebuilt FC vent window assemblies be
worth?

Assumptions: 10 hours of Bryan's time to rebuild. Bryan's personal
time is worth $25/hour (because I value it that way).

Calculation: Therefore, value of rebuild is 10 hours x $25 = $250.

Issue: Question as stated does not include refinishing the frame. As
pointed out by another poster, it would be less than ideal to install
new rubber but not refinish. (Note: I was originally thinking they were
chrome, being more familiar with cars). So, some additional cost for
refinishing is in order. Perhaps powder coat the frames? I'd guess
that could be done for $50 or less per frame, so total is now $350.

That make sense?
