[FC] part wanted / history and (humor?)

The 61 assembly manual shows the accelerator control shield (6-16) 
was deleted prior to production.  I suppose that with the late 63 and 
after FC's when the shift tube and clutch cable was moved up into the 
body, the idea of a front pan was reinstated to keep the snow from 
packing in that area.
