[FC] FC Accel & Clutch Cable - Test

The "test" for old accel  or clutch cable -  is to disconnect at the pedal
end and try to move it thru normal range; worn out old cables and even GM
NOS require effort: our new design do not.

As for the new Accel Cable.....  It is working SWEET!!  I'm going to see how
light a spring I can use with it and still get the throttle blades closed
because the new cable is so smooth is contributes almost zero resistance.
