[FC] Ramp rubber attachment

I remember reading in a CorvanAntics issue years ago that silicone sealant
glue works well, but the real trick is making sure the new rubber is cleaned
well. I believe it said to clean it with denatured alcohol or the like in
order that the adhesive has a good surface on which to bond.
