[FC] Torsion Spring - cont'd

Duane,

Attached is a front and rear view of the ramp latch. Note that the torsion 
spring is broken; it winds around the fixed post, placing pressure on the 
latch front side and rear side (it is that piece that is broken off).

Maybe replacing the entire latch is a better idea. Please let me know and 
thanks.
