Merv,
The 98 and 102hp engines are so similar that you can consider them  
identical.  So the question is do you have an EM or a 1964. To determine  that with a 
fair confidence, look at the RF of the crankcase to see if there are  three 
reinforcing ribs cast in where the bell housing mounts. See the photo at  the end 
of the "crankcase assembly" chapter for what this looks like.
