[FC] Starter issues

What happens if you DON'T push the clutch down? Could the clutch cable be
rubbing on some wiring? It sounds as if you are not getting 12V to the
starter - at least not always. How is the battery? Connections to the
starter and at the battery? Connections at the IGN switch? I'm thinking
that this may be electrical in nature and that the slight movements are just
enough to improve a connection somewhere - letting the starter spin better
(longer).

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
