Personally, I'm done with this topic.

If it gets fixed, great!

If not, I and others are likely to inadvertently send private emails to the 
public area on occasion.  That provides a potential for some embarrassing 
moments.

I don't know, but suspect that it is nothing more than a check box setting 
in the email reflector program which (to my mind) ought to get changed.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
