I have the same problem, but mine was easy to diagnose: I have a broken return spring on the latching mechanism in the door. My girlfriend won't drive the rampside because she can't figure out how to close the door. It just involves manually turning the "star" on the door latch so it's facing properly. Anyone know a source for new springs?
