[FC] Tonneau Top for Rampside

Hello:
  I was wondering if any of the Rampside or Loadside Owners have installed a tonneau top on their pickups.
Or, have they found any business that has the correct size already made and for sale.
  Also, do any of the owners have a tool box mounted in the bed of their pickups?  If they have installed
one, please inform us how it was done since we have a problem of mounting it with the "ramp" door.
