[FC] FC Paint Codes

Just wondering out loud... perhaps it is a special code for a special colour 
for a specific company... maybe a power utility?

Good evening all:

I eagerly awaited the receipt of my Corvair 95 Paint Codes pamphlet, hoping 
it would help me resolve the mystery
of what color my 1961 Rampside was originally. According to the placard, the 
paint code was 740G. My search of
the v v archives found only a reference to 736G.

As I can find nothing even close to those codes in the paint code pamphet, 
can some tell me what I am missing here?
