Now that is a big order all by itself.  First off, there's no such thing as 
stress proof steel.  And second, if you are willing to settle for a suitable 
spring steel, you need to have some SAE identification for it and a 
determination as to whether it needs to be formed in an untempered condition 
and then heat treated after forming.
