[FC] Hard starting

Hmmm. I did notice that one of the two chokes would not fully close today. 
I'll ajdust it and see if it stops the problem.

my van does that when the chokes stick open.
 
i run a fuel pressure gauge to see how long it takes to get pressure to the

carbs. i made a replacement line for the left side that includes a gauge in
it 
,  just for diagnostics.  then i found that the choke rod was rubbing on
the  
hole in the head..stuck partially open.
