if the switch is indeed new , start by checking the connector at the switch  
carefully for corrosion.  wiggle it while the key is on and signal  on.  are 
both sides acting up?
have you checked  for bad grounds at each socket?  the rears can  have a bad 
connection at the plugs feeding the sockets , (kinda up in the fender  about 
6-8 inches away from the socket), the fronts have connectors where the  wires 
go thru the cowl. sockets can become electrically insulated from the  housings 
, both front and rear, where they are roll crimped together , springs  behind 
the bulbs can rust or bind up causing bad connection at the buttons on  the 
bottom of the bulbs, bulbs can become dirty(corroded?) on the sides giving  you 
a bad ground.  start by taking lenses off and moving bulbs around in  the 
sockets with parking lights and signals on looking for changes .  dont  forget to 
make sure your brake lights are working after you are done , they are  fed 
thru the signal switch.
