To replace the floors in my Rampside, I used an air chisel to remove the rusted parts, then replaced with three pieces of sheet metal from my local paint shop. They sell a nice 18 gauge steel in 2 foot X 3 foot sheets. I made a piece covering the portion from the edge of the door inward to the top of the nearest "frame" rail, one on each side. Then I cut one to fill in the center of the floor covering over the edges of the new side panles that rest on top of the frame rails. The center piece is a simple shape with a 90 degree angle where it goes up the front of the "shelf" that the seat sits on. The side pieces you must cut "darts" into the rearward edge so that it shapes to the curve of the wheelwell. I riveted the new pieces to the old sheet metal on the solid raised portion and the angled "footrest" portion.
