[FC] More on latches

Thanks, JR, I wouldn't have known that.

So, and after looking at the parts truck and realizing the latches are still 
on the ramp, I have three each left and right tailgate latches(long tongue), 
two aft ramp latches and one forward ramp latch.  The ones that are still on 
the truck are not terribly functional, but they are complete.

A couple of these look like they might clean up pretty good.  So, anyone 
interested in rusty, semi-functioning FC latches let me know.
