[FC] FC Spotlight Accessory

To elaborate a little further, the van had a spotlight on it when we  
got it that didn't work.  I swapped a light on from our old police  
car.  I'll probably need to lube it, I can get the number off the  
bracket then.  It won't be for a while, tho, first is the new engine.
