[FC] Early Turn signals

i modified both of my fc's to take the late switch assembly.  it is  not easy 
, but well worth it.
i think it shows on the web picture site.  no trouble with it for  several 
years now.
yes you have to change the plugs on the harness , but not that hard , and  
colors match up ok.
otherwise , take your wheel off , clean up any old grease , tighten the  main 
pivot screw (carefully , they strip out) and a drop of oil on the cable,  
should make it work better.
