   On the grill gasket, unless you are trying for stock restoring, think you can make yours on the same way I think for mine. Just get a strip of 1/16" x 1/2" soft rubber, long enough to go around the grill's perimeter. Glue it carefully to the back of the grill (where it contacts the body) with black contact glue and... you are done. Screws will pass easily thru the rubber without making holes previously. I did the same for the head lights bases. It works fine for me and really cheap.

It's there...it surrounds the grille to prevent a metal on metal install.  Maybe mine wasn't as bad as others so was still there (sort of)...

Same here, I've had both a Greenbrier and a Rampside and neither had a 
gasket behind the grill.
