But I don't know of the '64 leaf spring would work.  I think the van A arms
are spaced out more from the centerline of the body, versus a car.  In which
case the leaf spring would be too short.

You'd also have to get custom rear springs made.  The 64 car rear springs
don't carry as much weight because the leaf spring carries some of the load.
As a result, the '64 rear springs are unique left and right units.

When the springs carry ALL the load, the % difference between the left and
right is small. But when you decrease the load they're carrying like the '64
design does, the % difference between the left and right becomes more
significant.  Which is the reason for a lighter but separate ratings on the
'64 rear springs on the left and right side.

I was wondering if the rear a-arms are the same as on the cars.

I have a '65 greenbier that has one of the a-arms with a hole for the '64
car suspension.

It makes me wonder if a similar design can be adapted to the FC
