 As far as the lube goes I use AMSOIL grease and about 10% STP. This is best done when you rebuild the box, not easy to put in through the fill plug.

Yes, partial rebuild kits are available from Clarks

Proper Steering box lube is exceedingly difficult to find.  A company called
Penrite is the only one I know of making lube designed for manual steering
boxes.

It is available in Canada, I can't recall where, I only found out after I
brought it up from restorationstuff.com in the states.

I am sure this has been asked many times but I have a gooey steering box
that appears to be leaking from one of the seals.  Can they be repaired or
replaced?  What kind of lube needs to go back in?
