[FC] won't run?

I got this sympton, years ago, in a GB. In my case, it was a pluged inlet screen (in tank). Some backwards blowing on the pipe that connects to the inlet port, on the fuel pump, solved the problem, temporaly. A few days after, did a complet clean up in tank and screen.
