[FC] spare tire again

I am not sure about the Rampside/Loadside spare tire area, but I would tend 
to believe that the same wingbolt and washer were used as in the 
Greenbrier/Corvan.  Are you sure your spare has the stock 14X5 wheel.  I 
have 15X6 wheels on our Greenbrier. The spare fits in the stock location 
using the wingbolt and washer with maybe 1/4 - 3/8" engagement.  I do not 
think I could get a 15X7 wheel to engage.

The FC jack is different than the car, but as far as I can tell the wrench 
is the same.
