[FC] Rampy is going again

Hi all-

I got the Rampside running again- with mostly new ignition- it is still 
a bit sluggish in second gear (kind of spits and sputters) and sometimes 
hesitates and very lightly backfires when changing gears. Also idles 
pretty slow and "wants" to stall when it is sitting and running. I am 
wondering if I moved the distributor at all when replacing all the 
ignition the parts.

I am going to look at resetting the timing a bit- I am also thinking it 
will need carb work in the future.
