[FC] piston rings question

I recently completed my parts wish list and have sent it off to the vendors
for quotes. If you are on VV you probably saw it. I have gotten a question
from a vendor I am not sure how to answer as I do not have any experience
with these parts. For piston rings he is giving me a choice, cast, chrome or
moly. I am assuming I do not want stock cast so which is the better ring?
