[FC] carbs issue

 The only time I have ever seen a dripping carb at the venturi spider at idle is because the fuel level was to high. The other thing I have seen is the spider isn't at the correct spot in the venturi or there is a casting flash lip at the venturi radius causing turbulence.

On your dripping carb, is it possible you have a vacuum leak downstream, say the 
throttle cross- shaft! Perhaps lower vacuum in one head would keep the fuel from 
atomizing instead of dripping.
