[FC] FC air conditioning did they have them

As you have learned from other replies, A/C was never offered for the FC 
models BUT--

Chevy WAS developing it.  The development got canceled roughly the same 
time that the decision was made to phase out the FCs and develop the 
G-Vans (the Chevy-Van and the Handi-Van).
