[FC] Rampy electrics:- update

I have been trying to track down the gremlins in my electrical system. I am beginning to suspect that I may have the alternator finally hooked up correctly , but I may have damaged alternator.
 I charged up the battery overnight, then drove it approx, 10 miles. At that point, my voltage gauge showed a drop from "14"V. down to 13V and the red GEN light would come on if the RPMs dropped below 2000. If I shifted down a gear and got the revs back up, the light went out and the needle slowly went back almost to 14. My plkan is to remove the alternator and have it tested at Autozone.
The good part is that Rampy made the 28 miles each way just fine.
