[FC] List rules, sort of

As list moderator I suppose I could or maybe should come up with a set of list rules and publish them every month. I have to say that everyone here is sort of self regulating so I haven't done anything like that. Thank you all. 

With the tire thread, IF, there had been any names mentioned I would have at that point stopped the thread dead in it's tracks and removed any mention of the thread and admonished the person(s) responsible. This list is for the betterment of the FC hobby, this is not the forum to complain personally about any one vendor, there is a specific way to do that as was already mentioned, that is to send the very specific complaint to Larry Claypool, privately. He will arbitrate/decide what to do, if anything. That is his job. As it was, there was a question asked and answered.

As I said before I wish to thank everyone on this list for being conscientious.
