[FC] FC PANEL REMOVAL

Thx steve...got 3 of the back 4 bolts out, and the pass side panel
out...last bolt is spinning With fingers but won't come out...Weird. Spent
3 hours trying to pull it down w vice grips, tap it down w hammer (yes I
managed to get one in behind the panel, but little room to pound), fire to
break it off...can't get a blade or sawmill up in there to cut it... other
suggestions?
