the second part:
 
A pretty unique van, I was hoping that the members might recognize it and offer me some background.  Starting to have second thoughts about the project, as my circumstances are changing and the vehicle has no drivetrain, heater or title.  I have spoken to three previous owners representing 20+ years and no one knows of a title (any owners prior to that are deceased).  All owners are in north-eastern and central Ohio area and I am in south-western OH.
Any info is appreciated, and if anyone is interested and better equiped to handle the project I am willing to pass it along.
