[FC] Bowtie Color

Are you sure the gold is not just a very sunfaded red bowtie?  Seems I have seen ones like that.  Kinda like the color a Coca-Cola can turns when left out in the sun for months/years.

I was looking thru a couple of grills for use on my '61 Greenbrier. I have
one with a gold bowtie and the other with a red bowtie. Anybody know the
difference between the two? Is there a year or model difference?
