[FC] 65 Deluxe Horn Ring

   Hello evrybody,

   I am in the process of installing  a 65 deluxe horn ring on my 65 
Greenbrier. I removed the original horn ring and tried to install the 
deluxe ring. The deluxe ring came with  the insulator, screws and the 
beveled contact plate. What am I not seeing? This set up will not work. 
The ring just sits loosely and wobbles all over. This ring came off of a 
65 Brier. Am I missing a part and if so does anyone have what I need to 
make it work?
