OK, another weekend and more questions as I wade through the small projects.

At some time in the history of this 1961 Rampside, someone switched out the steering wheel (nice wheel but) for one with an R on it as you can see.  They also took the turn signal stem and put on a "handle" which is machined metal making it look nice.   The problem is that the turn signal does not "cancel" when you make turns.  I think the nest of stuff below the wheel is stock but can't swear it.  So, the question is (1) does anyone recognize the wheel and is there an "adaptor" missing to make the wheel cancel when turning OR (2) do I just get another steering wheel (even an old stock one?).
