Hello Brad and Chuck: Geez Chuck, a gazillion??? I am old but not that
old!! <grinning> I hope your race effort is going well this year. Now on to
Brad.....

Hello Brad: First let me say congrats on buying a Corvair, next I can tell
you I have NO shift
tube or the tank for late 63-65 FC. In fact I don't know anyone around here
with those parts but not all is lost.

On August 1 the regular meeting of Rocky Mountain Corsa (RMC) takes place at
Elway (Burt) Chevrolet in Englewood. Starting time is 1900hrs. You should
plan on coming to the meeting, joining RMC and CORSA and they will give you
time to introduce yourself and you can tell about your new project and the
parts you need.

If that doesn't work there is a picnic planned at Cherry Creek State Park in
the middle of August, you and family can attend and visit with many of the
club members on a relaxed basis.

You are also invited to my shop of course. Address is 16010 W. 5th Ave.
Unit 12 in Golden. I am directly west of the JEFFCO Fairgrounds at 6th Ave
and I-70. Phone as shown by Chuck is 303.278.4889. I would suggest you
call before coming to ensure I am there and not out testing a car or chasing
parts. I have NO employees so if I leave I just lock the door and put a
note on it. My advertised hours are 0830-1730hrs M-F and closed for lunch
sometime in the two hour range of 1100-1300hrs. Not the entire two hours
but somewhere in there.

Sat I am at the shop from 0830-1100hrs although there are activities such as
Cars n Caffine on Sat morning that I sometimes hit before going to the shop
and I am usually a bit late then. Cars n Caffine is at Club Auto on 8th &
Quail, an exotic car emporium plus museum and other auto related businesses.
Anyone can stop by and look at the cars inside as well as the parking lot.
It runs from 0800-1200hrs on the 3rd Sat. I usually only stay until
0830-0845 however, feel guilty about being too late to open the shop. I
often come back after lunch on Sat too. Heck I am in there part of Sundays
sometimes.

I look forward to meeting up with you, call me anytime at the shop.

Best wishes to both of you and the group at corvanatics too. Steve

BIG OOOPS, forgot to show you the RMC website: www.rockymountaincorsa.com
you can see newsletters and upcoming events there.
