The best way is to get my spring and shock kit. It will lower the front the 
amount you mentioned and the benefit is it will ride like a Cadillac when 
you are done, nothing else will accomplish the ride factor but there are 
other ways to lower the front.

The kit is $330 plus shipping. I have 2 sets of springs in stock ready to 
modify although someone asked me for a set and I didn't keep the email.
