[FC] F.C. Disc Brake Master Cylinders

 I was hoping the conversation would obviously swerve into the direction of
my question, but it hasn't, so I'm throwing myself in front of it to break
it my way. If a front disc brake conversion has been done, or one is
planning a conversion in the near future, what are the dual master cylinder
options; make, model, and years (if any) that will work with front disc
brakes. My van has disc brakes, but I want the dual master brake cylinder
instead of the single that's on it now.
