[FC] Mirror Question

First, I'll see if I can get the rusted things apart. I have been soaking both sides occasionally. One on the van and the other removed. BTW, what color is an NOS mirror? Mine were all white.

The FC wet coast mirrors were just standard mirrors, no closer objects.
If you are interested I have one NOS mirror head, it has the mounting for the standard Chevy van and not the Corvair mounting.

Howdy,
I have west coast mirrors on my '64 RC van. I think original or at least
period correct. I had them on my other FC's back when. I need to replace the
glass mirrors because they are cracked. Modern car RH mirrors state objects
may be closer  or something like that. Did the 60's mirrors do that?
Specifically the west coast mirrors?  These do not seem to be like that.
They certainly are not marked.
