Suggestion for item 3: Bench bleed BMC before installing. Then after in=
stallation, crack each pressure outlet nut around brake line while pressi=
ng down brake pedal; close nut before allowing pedal to return.

Subject: [NoVa-Corvairs] More brake bleeding nonsense

1) Is it possible to bleed brakes by running a bleed vacuum hose to the i=
ntake plenum of another car, letting the car idle, then opening the bleed=
valves? The old brake fluid goes into the other car's intake, and is bu=
rned up.

2) Just curious: does a Corvair have vacuum ports? =20

3) The reason for all of this is because I installed the dual brake maste=
r cylinder in my '65, but the pedal has absolutely no resistance even aft=
er bleeding at all four corners (no nipple on the BMC). Thoughts?
