I got to looking at your check for $40. That would be for 4 years.  Your
last membership was for 2003.  That means to carry you through 2006 you
only needed $30.  But you don't pay for lost years unless, by accident,
you were receiving the newsletter during those 2 missed years.  

Did you get the newsletter during 2004 and 2005??
